These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our platform, services, and software ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Use of Service

• You must be at least 18 years old or have legal parental or guardian consent to use our Service.
• You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

2. Account Registration

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Subscription and Billing

• Some features may require a paid subscription. You will be notified before any charges are made.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable, except as provided in our Refund Policy.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Service.

4. Order Storage

• The Service allows you to choose how your order data is stored using the Order Storage Mode setting.
• The available Order Storage Modes are:
  • Database – Order data is stored in our secure cloud infrastructure and managed by the Service.
  • Google Sheets – Order data is synchronized to a Google Sheet in your Google account. Our systems temporarily process the data only as necessary to complete synchronization and related operations.
  • Hybrid – Order data is stored both in our database and synchronized to your Google Sheet.
• Database is the default Order Storage Mode unless you choose another option.
• If you select Google Sheets or Hybrid, you authorize the Service to access your Google account through Google's OAuth authorization process solely to provide the requested functionality.
• You are responsible for maintaining access to your Google account and managing permissions for any Google Sheets created or used by the Service.
• Changing your Order Storage Mode does not automatically migrate, synchronize, or delete previously stored order data unless the Service explicitly provides such functionality.
• We may temporarily process order data in memory, secure caches, logs, or processing queues as required to operate the Service, perform synchronization, maintain security, and recover from processing failures.
• We are not responsible for data loss resulting from deleted Google Sheets, revoked Google account permissions, Google account suspension, or changes made directly within your Google account.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content, branding, software, source code, trademarks, and other intellectual property provided through the Service are owned by us or our licensors.
• You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Service except as permitted by applicable law or with our prior written permission.

6. Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
• Termination of your account does not automatically delete data retained as required for legal, accounting, security, or operational purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Service.
• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous availability of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time.
• Updated Terms become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated.
• Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
